3. Ask and Listen: At the very beginning of the job interview, hiring managers should clarify the available time to the candidates, so that they can pace their answers accordingly. This will be beneficial for both the interviewer and the interviewee as it will save time, and candidates will not rush out with their answers in hurry. In order to judge how a candidate reacts and responds to your questions, maintain eye contact and keep a note of it. Similarly, you should also ask the applicants for their questions and queries.  Answer to their questions to the best of your abilities by listening attentively to them.
