Take breaks from your work: Remember that if you constantly try to focus on work, things will get worse instead of better as your mind and body is not a machine that will go on working without a single break.  So try to take at least five minutes of work break which will prove to be beneficial for you. You should go out for a brisk walk or else you can opt to go for a coffee break in your office canteen.
