2. Saudi Arabia



Along with Ecuador, Saudi Arabia is also holding a highest rate of gender gap of 23 percent. World's second largest oil exporter seems to be discouraging women to work as only 56 percent women are working full-time or part-time where almost 79 percent men are employed. Literacy among males exceeds 85 percent where females are just 70 percent as this disparity occurred after fewer girls attend school than boys.

Since 2000, a number of Universities and colleges have been founded and it is considered to produce more professionals. Freedom of religion is highly restricted in this second largest Arab world. Among its 27 million populations, about 11 million are expatriates while among them only 9 million are registered immigrants. Though, Arabic is the official language here, English found the widely spoken language as it is the compulsory second language.
