5. Not Replying After Interviews:

When candidates have put in the efforts and time to physically come in to the office to be interviewed, it is natural that they expect an official word on whether or not they got the job. Most individuals have a lot of hope riding on job interviews and landing a new opportunity can be life changing. Hence lack of response after a job interview is amongst the behaviors that job seekers hate the most from employers. It is the responsibility of the employer to give them a call or let them know through whichever way of communication.

When aspirants feel that they have been treated disrespectfully, they will choose to walk away from the job with a company, as well as boycott the products related to the organization. Remember there is no negative talk as passionate as that coming from an individual who feels professionally and personally insulted.
