2. Asking For the Impractical:



Some job description demands for so much that no candidate could have all the possible prerequisites to apply for the job. Employers fail to realize that even if such individuals existed, they wouldn’t work for the offered salary anyway. Hence it is essential for them to revise their strategies to lure aspiring individuals to grab the opportunities with both hands.



3. Unprepared Employer at the Interview:



Nothing hurts more than an unprepared employer for an aspiring job seeker. Going through the resume for the first time in front of the candidate or being distracted by the mails / calls during the interview process can have a negative impact on the candidate’s mind. Job seekers put in a lot of efforts, prepare in advance, and motivate themselves for the day. And it is quite natural that they expect the same degree professionalism for the employers. They are bound to be offended and feel disrespectful when employers don’t take the meeting seriously or give their candidature the due attention it deserves.
