Job #3: Fashion Designer: Job competition, increased manufacturing overseas and slower-than-average job growth is the key areas of concern for the fashion designers out there. Fashion designes are the individuals who work on the design of items of clothing and fashion ranges. In fact some of them focus completely on one specialist area but other work on variety of fashion products.
As the world has enough fashion designers out there the increase in the amount of clothing designed and manufactured overseas, the need for domestic designers has been relatively reduced and in no great demand. According to the BLS report employment of fashion designers is projected to decline 3 percent by 2022. In fact fashion designers aren't the only ones suffering. Their job opportunities are limited as a result of declining employment in the overall apparel manufacturing company.
