2. An Immediate Thank You Note



To follow up with the decision makers, thank you note is one of the best way, especially a thank you not which is sent out to each individual you have met at interview board. Though, it is better to send out within an hour or two, at least you need to send it in the same day after interview. This thank you note will reveal how excited you are to get hired at that particular organization and it will help them deciding on you for your enthusiasm which can bring value to your job profile.
