Poor Grammar and Negative Facts

The biggest job-kill for any CV lies in grammatical mistakes. This includes incorrect spellings, poor structure and sentence formation. These poor grammargrammatical belies seize any opportunity for hiring a candidate for a job. CV’s are known as the written impersonation of an individual however a careless and a poorly organized resume is sure to emboss a harmful attitude.

In addition, showing lack of experience in one’s resume may reflect poorly on the candidate. It is important to craft these things in a neutral way in order to avoid being taken lightly.

Salary Expectations

One must avoid including their salary requirements until the time is needed. Usually an interview is held to clarify such details in which the candidate will have a chance to express his expectations. Advertising one’s salary demand on the CV will only work to one’s disadvantage as it reflects that either the candidate is over-expecting or under-expecting what the company is willing to offer. It also discords a salary mismatch, hence the candidate might lose the job.
