Salary is very absurd issue to be discussed. We always keep away from blowing the whistle of our salary amount yet always anxious to get an idea of others’ income.  Salary is a factor that determines your value which in turn forms opinions about your proficiency. The knowledge of each other’s salaries increase doubts and could make the company pose as a biased firm.
Never let out the details of your salary or your investments to your co-workers. Be it a latest gadget or a car or a house you bought, never reveal money related things. The topic of your salary should be limited between you and your HR.
