Susan Wojcicki was associated with Google ever since it started, famously known for renting her garage to Google Cofounders. Although she has grown professionally, just as Google has but now she is the CEO of Youtube.
She was not always destined to be the CEO or rather is associated with Google, just as a layman she kicked started with working as restaurant hostess.
