# Avoid words in ALL CAPS
Capitalizing words may grab attention of others, but not always. Specifically in a mail or any professional write-ups, if you use all caps it may grab attention of the reader in a wrong way. All caps may signify loud and yelling. This could ruin your mail’s original message though you are lenient and soft-spoken in your mail’s body, all caps subject line may make you sound rude and aggressive and reader would side-out your mail and never give priority to it.
