The women participation rate in the Hungarian labor market lies at above 50 percent whereas the current educational scenario represents 43 percent of women attendees have given the GMAT exams whereas the current  labour force participation’s picture exhibits   40.4% women are holding  the senior managerial positions in the public sectors. The college or university attainment of Hungarian women has increased. The country is developing women’s positions in boards and also improving the women representation percentage in Parliament.
