Connection power, as the name indicates is all about creating a network and it generates control or influence by proxy. An individual can acquire this power by gaining support and being a source of information to the group of people associated with him.

Referent Power



Referent power is associated to the quality of the relationship that you build with others and how those relationships are sustained.
