2. Sony: With a RepTrak score of 79.31, the Japanese multinational Sony managed to take the second position in the list of the world’s most reputable company. Compared to its reputation score globally, Sony earned a little lower Score in its native Japan which is 76.15. Besides that it is reported that this multinational electronics company has the broadest reputation profile of all the 100 companies’ surveyed, with a top 10 rank in 13 of the 15 world markets. The only two countries where Sony declined to be in the top 10 list was Japan its own homeland where it ranked 16th and in South Korea where it ranked 50th.
