Unemployment rate: 14.3 percent as per the end Jan 2012.



The unemployment rate has again started to grow in Latvia. It has reached 14.3 percent by the end of January 2012 as per the Trading Economics website. The highest unemployment rate still remains in Latgale with 20.2 percent of unemployment, at the same time the lowest unemployment rate is in the Riga region with 8.4 percent, reports The Baltic Times.
