#3.South Sudan

Not many know South Sudan gained independence on July 8, 2011, officially breaking away from Sudan, after two civil wars that cost the lives of millions. It is one of the poorest and least-developed places on earth. At least 2 million people were killed in Sudan's civil war, which was fought from 1983 to 2005. The economy of South Sudan is one of the world's weakest and most underdeveloped countries, having little infrastructure, no electricity, water scarcity, improper roads and also having the highest maternal mortality and female illiteracy rates. Apart from the infrastructure problems, the frequent wars which takes place makes the country most dangerous place to work.

#4.Pakistan

Pakistan is a democratic parliamentary federal republic with Islam as the state religion. There are constant bombings, by the terrorists and Sunni-Shia violence. Apart from the violence, the country lacks  power infrastructure which resulted in lengthy power cuts. The country’s political instability and presence of Al-Qaeda and Taliban makes it  one of the worst places to work.

 #5.Afghanistan

Afghanistan remains one of the weakest economies in the world. The unemployment rate is about 35 percent and 36 percent population lives below poverty line. The country lacks in basic infrastructure, shortages of housing, clean drinking water, and electricity. And there’s always violence in the air, constant terrorist attacks, bombings.. Afghanistan has also seen murders of contractors, which definitely makes it a dangerous place to work.
