Even though the work pressure has been increased by the company, as it has started giving tight deadlines for its employees, many of its employees showed a sense of satisfaction even after working in tight deadlines. They felt satisfied because the deadlines gave the thrill of working for them to work for the company. One engineer said that, even though he/she didn’t have the time to breathe after completing one project, he/she enjoyed the thrill of achieving hefty goals and they felt a great sense of accomplishment.
