Women Work Longer Hours, More Honest On The Job Than Men

Women responded positively regarding their compensation than men as around 40 percent of them receiving bonus said that they can use it either to spend some weekend time at the beaches or take a world tour with that bonus amount, than compared to 30 percent of the men employees. 55 percent of the male professionals reported that they are not receiving bonus compared to 47 percent of women who reported as not receiving it.

The big fact which was found in this study is that, women workers appeared to be more honest workers when compared to men workers as roughly 1 in 5 male employees and 1 in 7 women employees lie when it comes to taking sick leaves. A vast majority of employees’ i.e., 84 percent of the employees reported that they were actually sick or taking care of their sick child during their holidays.
