Though, most companies have a strict rule on who is allowed to provide references, it is not the way it is taken place. It is possible for your prospective employers to get information from your supervisor or from your colleagues. In other hand, if your termination had occurred as you had broken-up the working relationship, consequently you may cause feelings of hatred, anger, bitterness and a desire of reprisal. By giving a very bad reference to the company you have applied, your former employer may stick on to the feelings.

But worrying about things happened on your ex-employment will never get you hired at anywhere. You have to beat the tough ego part that you are fired. You should get yourself out of the ground of depressed or discouraged. Rather than worrying about your former employers’ bad mouth, you have to focus on how you are dealing with being terminated. In your job hunt, no need to sound bitter, instead get prepared to answer what you have learned from experiences without bad mouthing your former employer. Be confident enough to start a new career opportunity than being discouraged as it can shape you to find a better job than your previous one.
