1. Recognition in Informal Way:

Recognizing your employees in social media will help you to fetch a high morale and improved performance among your employees. Keep it in mind that if you show the sincere gratitude it will reflect on the project they do.  Informal recognition can be made use of presenting every day’s input from individual employees, and team works. It helps you to reinforce a specific performance or doings which you want to tie for further developments in the project. Here, you can address the people who stay late to help others in their project. It is not so formal to name the one who volunteer to do the absentee co-workers’ task to meet the deadline target.  There you find some people who encourage others to beat the goal and crating a positive atmosphere around colleagues, appreciate them. Don’t forget the ones who bring highlighted movements in the project. Think twice to remark anything negatively, you don’t do that in public platforms.

2. Flagging Your Name in Social Media:

The viral effect will work beyond your expectation. See how soon the Kolaveri song got hit. You know how much effort Shah Rukh Khan putting on social network to popularize his films. Ra One and the hit song Chammak Challo also carried its way to top with viral marketing. Viral marketing caught the tag line ‘No Money Advertising and Marketing’. Of course, you need to spend some direct and indirect payment in some way or other. But it can make a big difference on the amount you spend for marketing being the cheapest way of publicizing your brand.
