Usually these team-building workshops conduct many games to make the employees participate together. At that time, Martha found that many employees forgot the main aspect of observing each other’s behavior while playing, which was very important to maintain their workplace relationship. As of Martha’s experience, during the workshop, she didn’t find anything new insight nor was she able to understand anything about her co-workers and neither her co-workers could not understand about her. The only thing that they might have observed in her was that she preferred watching than participating in the game. So the overall theme was that even if you participate or not participate in the team building workshop there are people who can think negative about you, at the end it will end you up with many problems in the future projects when you work as a team.
