Microsoft:

High rivalry between software giant, Microsoft and internet giant, Google leads both the companies to hire employees from another. While former Microsoft employees are much sought by Google, Microsoft is also not behind to hire Ex-Googlers. It is not uncommon Microsoft and Google employees leave their company for rivals. Being both the companies are top rivals, ex-employee will be looking to join the next. Microsoft has already hired a number of 280 Xooglers, as per the report. The aggressive rival has taken place as both the companies have a search engine set for public and the e-mail system. Also Windows Phone 7 of Microsoft competes with Google’s Android devices.

Apple:

While various reports and criticism about the company’s business practices and work environment are aired, Apple could pullout Google talents. Around 156 Xooglers reportedly joined the Apple. And Apple is also one among the top five desired company for grads. It is not surprising while most of the employers want their products should be used by ten millions of people every day. As Apple is one of the best tech sellers, some of the Ex-Googlers join the venture as they are more fascinated on Apple’s iPhones than Android devices.
