1. Criticizing in Public:

We often have an inborn obsession for criticizing others. Heavy work pressure never means to blow it out by criticizing others. Criticizing can be done in two ways, privately and publicly. But the best manager will opt to criticize privately. The golden rule of criticism in business management tells you to criticize privately and appreciate publicly. You may get tens of reason to shout at your subordinates but as a manager, you have to spot their mistakes. Criticizing can be effective in a positive way or in a negative way. The positive way of criticizing will build the right relationship between you and your subordinates. Criticizing in a public is what we do in public management not in private management (business management).
