2. Praise the  employee: Bored employees generally tend to quit the organization; therefore, praising is the best way to hold your valuable employees onboard. A manager should always appreciate the employee’s good work and talent. This can also be done by rewarding him, so that he remains attached with the organization for a long time. Managers should render all efforts to find out in which field his subordinates are good at, so that he can assign the projects accordingly. Likewise managers should also know about his subordinate’s interests so that he can designate him in the right place with the right task. This will benefit both the employee and the boss, and things within the organization will work out well.

3. Provide a good working environment: Provide your subordinates a clean environment. The office should be spacious and pollution free. The walls near the workstation should be decorated with nice inspiring pictures or lively paintings. Likewise every workstation and the restrooms within the organization should be clean and hygienic. Apart from that there should be some nominal facilities like cab on call, working from home and flexibility at working hours. This kind of facilities will motivate the employees to work well and generate valuable results.
