Bangalore: Most of them believe that a woman can’t be successful in the tech industry as it is only meant for men. This blind belief has been evacuated by majority of the women, who had taken it as a challenge to show even they can achieve the success as equally as the men folk in this industry. But, there are few women who feel burnout in day to day work pressure, especially in a tech profession. Marissa Mayer, Vice President of Google gives few tips to the women who find it pretty hard to maintain the burnout in an interview with the Buzzfeed website. In that interview, she also quoted that, when she joined the Google in 1999, she became the first woman engineer and also the first woman employee. Here are few tips she suggested the women in the tech field to be happy at work, in that interview, reported in Business Insider.

1. Gain an opportunity to work with smart people:

It is always suggested by everyone that if you start working with the smart people around you, it is very helpful in your future work. If you think you are not smarter enough to analyze the work you complete, ask any one of your smart colleague to get suggest his or her opinion about your finished work. You will be lucky enough if you get along with a smart person [intellectually smart] so that you would have lot more things to learn out from his or her work. Avoid being foolish thinking you are dumb, so it is better to stay with another dumb person rather than a smart person.
