No hiring manager will appoint a person who does not have self-confidence. It is important to maintain a good impression throughout the interview. First impression is the best impression and last impression is the lasting impression. So maintaining the proper body language will help you to be hired in the organization. You may have the tendency to sit or stand in an excessively relaxed way; it may indicate your lack of self-confidence and your dependency on others. Stand firmly with your shoulders back, this will give the message that you are a confident and self-assured candidate.
