1. Arms Crossed:



Arms can define what kind of person you are. Crossed arms, is an unconscious way of self comforting posture to lighten the nervous tension. This sign might also describe your nature of giving self-importance or disagreement. This gesture reveals the way you defense outside world, just like a defensive shield. It also shows your lack of trust in the other person. In an interview, you do not want to give away a signal that you are resistant to ideas or opinions. It is better you rest your hands on your lap and while standing you can keep your hands at your sides.
