In many nations, including the economically powerful nations, people working in the construction sector are under the threat of losing the job. No doubt, this situation was expected in this sector because, the builders and their contractors hire workers for specific jobs that always last for a short period of time. Apart from that, even the weather is playing a crucial role when it comes to layoffs in this sector. This can be one reason because, if the season is not good for construction, there will be a lesser demand for construction professionals starting from the civil engineers till the people who work as laborers under a particular building contractor.
