The company has got a global recognition because of the excellent leadership of its founder N.R. Narayan Murthy. It has been considered as the second largest software company in India and it is also a provider of business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services. It has been reported that this IT firm is expected to create around 2,000 jobs for software engineers in the next five years and the company plans to invest around 415 Crore and has also planned to create about 14,000 jobs for IT professionals in about 10 years, according to PTI agency.
