Amazon

Amazon has bagged second position and is successful at living the dream of ‘Everything store’. Amazon was recently referred as ‘Bruising workplace’ by New York Times (NYT), for which they strongly condemned. NYT failed to make a dent on the reputation of the firm. Amazon is one of few companies which think about employees. They not only employed over 25% of sheer genius last year, but also offered excellent salaries. Amazon Career Choice Program pays 95% of tuition for in-demand fields and encourages Women to be a techie.

Capgemini

Next on the list is Capgemini, with 800 global partners and half of its global workspace located in India. Capgemini always strives to keep employees happy, for instance, Capgemini had organized a Bollywood dance event for more than 4000 employees, setting a Guinness record. It doesn’t end here. They have also extended their hand to ‘Specially abled’ employees through Disability Inclusion Program.
