HCL technologies, founded by Shiv Nadar in the year 1991, is been headquartered in Noida, in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh. The company has been ranked as the fourth largest IT firm in India and is primarily engaged in providing a range of outsourcing services, infrastructure services as well as the business process outsourcing services. As per the latest updates of the employee count in the country, the company has around 85, 335 employees in it and 24.6 percent of the posts are been occupied by the womenfolk. Apart from that, 1 woman has also been one among the members of board of directors along with 9 other men.
9. Tech Mahindra:
Tech Mahindra is an Indian IT firm that provides IT services, IT consulting services, networking technology solutions and business support services to the global telecommunications industry. Tech Mahindra is a part of Mahindra Group, which is headquartered at Pune, India. As per the latest employee count in the company, there are around 50,479 employees working for it and around 25 percent of the staff is been occupied by the women employees. However, in the senior management level, the woman count is ‘Nil’.
