Another program based on Hadoop, this program is designed to be used on top of Hadoop to make your work easier. Hadoop stores data across many low-cost servers, while Hbase can comb through that data group it together, a little like a traditional database. There are over 660 job postings for Hbase skills, and the pay has risen by 20 percent from last year. It’s currently $126,369 per year, on average.



Pig



Pig is a programming language specifically designed to extract data from Hadoop, for example, it can be used to find answers to particular questions. Pay for Pig type jobs rose 13 percent in the last year, and are presently at $124,563.



ABAP



Advanced Business Application Programming or ABAP is a software language developed by SAP for building customized business applications. Pay for ABAP jobs increased by 24perecent over the last year, and an ADAP engineer can currently earn $124,262.
