4. United Space Alliance (USA)



With a 4.393 index score, this spaceflight operations company has topped in the 4th place in the list of Happiest Companies for Young Professionals. It is a joint-venture by Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Established in 1995, it is equally owned by both the parent companies. Around 8,800 people are employed under USA. Company is headquartered in Houston, Texas. After signing the Space Flight Operations Contract with NASA in 1996, it has become the NASA’s prime contractor.
