Rescheduling is an essential task to efficiently tackle uncertainties and unexpected events frequently encountered in work. As in today’s competitive environment companies constantly want to be responsive to changes in the market and satisfy the need of their clients, it is very important for individuals to reschedule task and provide the flexibility and adaptability inorder to survive and be successful.
Keep Buffer Hours
It is very beneficial to keep buffer hours— say a half-hour slot— at the end or the middle of each day to take stock of accomplished and to-do tasks. Highlighting and making space for important mails in a congested inbox by marking them as important could help one stay alert to critical tasks at hand.
