4. Flexible

Recruiters do prefer candidates who are flexible to work overtime and also have an attitude to get accustomed to the changes in the job scenario. If you tell the recruiter that you are flexible that means your behavior is not static. Flexibility also means that you can travel whenever necessary even within a short notice and if the job requires traveling, the recruiter is sure to get impressed. Therefore, do not forget to tell the recruiters that you are quite flexible.

5. Can start immediately

Interviewers tend to get impressed by candidates who can join the organization immediately. Therefore, tell him that you are not considering any other job nor you have any other vacation plan, if you are given the offer you can join the company right away.
