Bangalore: Well folks, here is a surprise! Tech conglomerates such as Facebook, Apple, Microsoft and Oracle are not the toughest firms to get through. They may be every job seekers dream, but the most difficult companies to get into are the renowned automobile and consulting firms such as Rolls-Royce, Mckinsey & Company, ThoughtWorks and Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
With that said, here is a list of companies where you need to bring your ‘A’ game to get through, as listed by Max Nisen and Vivian Giang of Business Insider based on Glassdoor report.
#10. HubSpot
Established in 2006, HubSpot is a Massachusetts based software firm that specializes in providing software for businesses to coordinate their online marketing effort. With an interview difficulty rating 3.5 (out of a possible rating points), this organization is slotted at the tenth position in the list of companies that are hardest to get through.
As per the respondents, the interview process at the brainchild of Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah is long and grueling. The company looks to hire candidates who are hungry for success and aspirants should be prepared to crack lengthy tests, which are an amalgamation of brain-teasing situational questions, plus problems on vocabulary, analogies, word and math.
