Apart from the cloud computing skill, skills related to mobile technology has become another most in demand skill in 2013, because the thriving mobile space has made it very challenging for the candidates as well as because the mobile development requires a lot of team work, said Eric Berridge, Co-founder of IT consulting and resources firm Bluewolf.

Berridge also said that, if an employer thinks he just needs someone to develop a mobile application, then he is away from the fact that, building a mobile application is not an easy task that can be done by one single person, as it requires multiple skill sets that come out from different people.

David Boone, CEO of IT services company Paranet said that, if there is more dependence on cloud and mobile technologies, it will create a need for staff who can mix both these two technologies with other technologies.
