5. Doing poor research



Before interviewing, it is important to research about your potential employer. A questioned-answer type interview will be boring for both interviewer and interviewee together. So, your research will help you framing out some spontaneous questions to interviewer which can make a positive impact by making the interview process as informative way of talks.

6. Not cleansing social media profile



Along with crafting a brilliant and shining resume and cover letter, cleansing your social networking profiles is also necessary to do. Either locking down those drunken and partying pictures or removing them will help you not damaging your good name in front of hiring manager. You should know what can be appeared in a search engine when Google it with your name, of course most of the today’s hiring managers will do search with your name. Once you analyze what you posted and in which pictures you are tagged, you have to consider whether you want your grandmother to see that, if ‘no’ that’s it, delete!!!
