2. Infosys: Next come technology giant Infosys in the list of best companies to work for with an index score of 90. The attribution rate of the company has lowered from 17.5 percent in the quarter ended in December 2010 to 15.4 percent in October to December 2011. The company - which renders business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services to help clients in over 30 countries - offers great work environment, good management, open culture and work life balance for its employees. Infosys also provides a great training program to its employees.
