Director of sales and marketing reported the second highest level of job disappointment among all the survey respondents. The majority of these directors reported negatively, and referred to the lack of growth opportunities and direction from the upper management, as the main reason for their displeasure.

1. Director of Information Technology:

According to Vancouver Sun, IT director is the most hated profession. Despite having utmost influence over the fate of the company as a chief executive and earning a handsome salary, information technology directors have reported the highest level of displeasure with their job. They referred to disrespect for workers, cronyism and partiality at their workplace as the major reasons for their discontent.
