Chevron, the only energy corporation on this list, scores over tech gaint Google and is famous for its employee perks. The company also has a lower difficulty rate for interviews when compared toboth Google and Facebook.
“Work-life balance was excellent, and I enjoyed the professionalism and congeniality of everyone I worked with," an MBA intern with Chevron said. "I feel they take employee health and happiness very seriously."

The mammoth tech company scored a rating of 4.6 but lost out to Facebook because its interviews are famously much harder to get through. Goggle’s difficulty score of 3.3 is higher than 3.1 for Facebook.
The offices are famously comfortable and inspiring, and interns say that the company arranges training classes for personal development. “Millions of users used my project, so even as an intern I really felt as if I was making an impact," a fortunate Google software engineering intern said.
