Correcting the hair or playing with your hair looks very awkward especially it makes the hiring manager feel uncomfortable by your silly act. This act shows that you are very careless while giving the interview and you are more caring about your body parts than concentrating on the interview questions you are asked. If you feel that your hair is disturbing you while talking to others, its better you tie it tightly so that it won’t come in front of your face to distract your concentration.
