#But Who else will sacrifice?
The heavy challenge to balance work and life limits the path of success, in the tech field for a woman. Even if success chases her till her degree, initial promotions it gets an immediate pause once love, marriage or child comes in her life. This is not the case for real high career oriented women. The high-aimed mothers do not sacrifice on career and still give a healthy life to her children.  yet giving their children a healthy. So it is completely on the woman to decide whether to get exhausted in the family life or chase for success available in the tech world.



#But she is a woman:
The child bearing and family caring nature of women isolates them from the tech world. It’s this isolation that causes the tech realm to end up become choked with men. This congestion in the IT sector gives birth to the myth that women are less paid or denied promotions in the world of technology. The sexist image of the IT sector is due to the low number of women entering it.



 Women, go ahead and give it a shot! You never know where your luck struck.
