2. Twitter:  The second position is grabbed by Twitter in the list of highest paid interns in technology. The social networking giant pays extremely well to its interns as software engineering interns earn $6,539 per month here. This San- Francisco based company was created by Jack Dorsey in March 2006 and was finally launched in July 2006. Described as the SMS of the internet, Twitter is one of the top ten most visited website on the Internet.
