Short Replies



Quick and short does not always work. You have to find out intelligently when to be precise, and when the elaboration of the answer is needed. Short inconsistent answers may show you the exit door.



One word or very short replies may convey to the employers that you are not interested in the work



and it irritates the employer as it wastes his time as well as of the organizations’.



The interviewer draws conclusions from the way you respond to the questions and the situations given. If he/she is dissatisfied you may lose the job opportunity.



Cluelessness



You are giving the hint of unawareness when you fumble the answers of questions like ‘why you want to work here’ and similar. You need to have clarity on everything and convey this to the employer. If you know what you want in your life and have a plan for achievement of things, employers get impressed, and will hire you as you can bring the same clarity to the organization as well.
