BENGALURU: Companies around the world are going through massive tech–driven transformation every year at an exponential rate. This transformation demands the right talent and expertise that bolsters the growth of the company in a stable way. Attracting a talented workforce is not a piece of cake. The company needs to have more than just a good salary package–a promising future, exposure and a luring working environment. Linkedin study has compiled an inventory of 20 companies who do it the right way to keep top talent.

1. Google

Google tops this list, since the company does an awesome job by lavishing its 60,000 workers with mountains of food, A-list speakers, on-site massages—even benefits after death shared by HR chief Laszlo Bock.

2. Salesforce

Under the advice of Buddhist monks, Salesforce has installed “mindfulness zones” and meditation spaces on every floor of its new tower. Salesforce has long offered paid volunteer time off; this past year, it increased the perk from six business days to seven.

3. Facebook

Facebook extended its four-month paid parental leave program to all full-timers.

4. Apple

Last year, Apple made a big move by providing a very attractive benefit– distributing restricted stock units to the huge majority of its more than 100,000 employees.

5. Amazon

The company gives away first-rate salaries and such benefits as the Amazon Career Choice Program, which pays 95 percent of tuition for in-demand fields. Women in tech are provided too; Amazon Women in Engineering provide ongoing mentorships.

6. Uber

One of the elite destinations for engineers, operations and product managers, its 6,700 official employees passionately back Uber's mission to transform livery.
