Lack Patience: Lacking patience at work is a very crucial sign that indicates you definitely need to change your job.  Often it is seen that we start to lack patience with everyone around us in the workplace like our co-workers, subordinates or even our managers, as our job simply tends to infuriate us. Things that used to be motivating or the problems that used to be challenging to solve no longer interest us, in fact we lack endurance. If this is the case where you are lacking patience for simple issues, it is time for you to change your job.

3. Feeling of Restlessness: Do you prefer to do something else? Or, are you feeling restless to do a job of your desire, and wish to get there and do it?If yes, then you should definitely quit your job and do the job of your preference. Similarly, if you feel that some training is required for that particular job, of your desire, you can pursue the training or the course as soon as possible. If your company is paying you well, or otherwise keeping you satisfied, it is advisable for you to look for other opportunities within the company that can prove to be interesting for you.
