2. Inspiration:  Reward and recognition programs inspire employees to generate better performance and results to increase the productivity of the business. An employee who is rewarded by the organization gets more inclined to produce better results in future as well, likewise, by seeing an employee achieving a reward or recognition other employees also get inspired to produce better results so that they can also bag a reward in future. As a result a competitive work culture is developed within the organization which is sure to benefit the organization in the long run.



3. Positive environment:  Employers should always keep in mind that there should be positive work environment within the organization. Awards and recognition programs also play a major role in creating a positive set up.  The employment where the hired hands feel that they are appreciated for their good job and where such kind of an idea prevails that they are going to get rewarded for their good work and talent is sure to make the work environment more positive.
