BANGALORE: If you have not been lucky enough to secure a seat in the prestigious IIMs or one of the few top-notch business schools you should be worried. As more than 200 business schools in cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Dehradun have closed down due to the economic slump in 2013, as reported by Rediff.

According to the survey conducted by Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, in India, it’s found that only 18 per cent MBA students have got jobs at the end of their course completion in 2014. And what's even more disappointing is salary packages offered in such B-schools have also curtailed by 40-45 per cent as compared to last year. This also further justified that how the situation has led to drying of job opportunities for a large numbers of students from the B-category business schools.
