Likewise, the famous Indian cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle was invited by the house whole appliances multinational company Whirpool to conduct a half day workshop for its top management executives for preparing them for new growth agenda of the company. As of Harsha’s opinion, sports has become the most visible symbol at the present day and there can be many lessons drawn from that which people find it most comfortable to understand and learn. Harsha has also conducted similar workshops for ICICI Bank, Cognizant, Perfetti India and HP in the past few years.

Perfetti India had invited Harsha to conduct a half day session for around 50 to 60 executives from the sales and marketing department. In that session, Harsha drew parallels from the sporting fields like cricket, soccer and marathon to explain what they need to do to be successful in the corporate world. He also explained the need for smart professionals across India to try out new things rather than worrying about the failure.

At present corporate companies across India are picking up insights from sports to create competitive spirit in their employees. In addition to it, companies have made it a point to give sufficient training and coaching to its employees in order to increase their productivity.
